New panel structure
The structure regarding the panels of experts in VKM has been revised for the 2026–2030 committee period, with the number of expert panels reduced from 13 to 10.
The Panels on Animal Feed, Microbial Ecology and Plant Protection Products have been discontinued.
An overview of the discontinued panels is available at the bottom of this page. Publications produced by these panels remain available in the menu above.
Animal Feed
The panel carried out risk assessments concerning feed for animals on land and in water.
Microbial Ecology
The panel assessed the environmental risk when releasing/importing micro-organisms.
